Tiny Phil

This is a character that was developed with Not only Phil Gould, but with the help of The Phil Gould Tribute. (What?) As Tiny Phil was made I kept posting various concepts, and then various Hair styles so that so that people could vote for their favourite. The Result was fairly unanimous and gradually he was created.

He was trialled through the world of The Tiny Heroes, until i was happy he was working and moving. Now he is taking on the world of Big Phil
